How we work.
Every engagement runs the same nine steps.
One conversation about your business: what’s slowing you down, where you want help.
$2,500 — five hours of audit work at $500/hour, credited to everything we do for you.
From the call, we define the audit: which process, who we interview, the scope and the price.
The audit is a granular study of how the business actually runs: interviews with the people who do the work, the systems they use, the records they produce. Every process in scope is traced end to end — steps, handoffs, exceptions, waits — until each bottleneck and its cost is measurable. A focused audit takes days; a full business audit can take more than a month.
An operating map of the business: the current state of each process, the bottlenecks and their cost, what should change — and what we could build, each with its price. see a sample operating map →
We walk you through the audit — what we found, what we recommend, what each build would cost. Sixty minutes.
We build what you approved — automations, workflows, agents — inside the tools you already run.
Documentation and training. Your team runs it. You own it.
We keep it running and growing: monitoring, fixes, upgrades, a monthly report.
questions
What does the full engagement cost?
The retainer is $2,500 — five hours of audit work at $500/hour. The audit’s total is fixed in the agreement you sign before we start. Each build is priced in the findings. No number is a surprise.
What does the audit require from the business?
Depending on the scope agreed on: an introduction to the people involved, time for interviews, and the information and records in scope. After that, the work is ours. What matters most is a team willing to work with us at the start.
What happens to our information?
It is used only for your engagement. Calls are recorded only with consent. No system access and no sensitive records unless agreed in writing.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. We build inside the tools you already run. Replacement only when it’s justified.
Why not just buy an off-the-shelf AI tool?
When a product fits, the findings will say so. We build when your workflow doesn’t fit a product.
What if we don’t build?
Then the engagement ends at the findings, and they are yours. The build is a separate decision.
