Privacy notice.

This notice explains how PULP LLC, operating as Analog (“Analog,” “we,” “us”), handles information submitted through slashanalog.com.

What we collect

• Audit request: the public website URL you submit, the resulting audit results (score and finding counts), request status, and timestamps.
• Contact request: your phone number only when you choose to request a full audit.
• Public page content: the audit fetches public pages long enough to calculate the result. Page content is not saved in the submission ledger.
• Routine technical data: Vercel may process IP address, request time, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Analog uses an IP address transiently for rate limiting and does not add it to the submission ledger.

Submit only a public business website you are authorized to check. Do not submit passwords, private-network addresses, confidential material, or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use the information to run the requested audit, preserve its result, respond if you request contact, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal obligations. The audit form does not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell personal information.

Who can access it

Audit and contact records are kept in private, server-side storage and are available only to authorized Analog operators who need them for the purposes above. Vercel provides hosting and security infrastructure. Supabase provides private submission storage.

After a phone submission, the site opens WhatsApp with a generic prefilled message. Opening that link lets WhatsApp process the generic message and the usual connection data under its own terms and privacy practices. The link does not include your submitted phone number, website, or audit score.

Retention

We review and delete audit-only and contact records when they are no longer needed, normally within 90 days, unless you begin an engagement, ask us to keep the record, or a longer period is reasonably required for security, dispute resolution, or law. Engagement records are handled under the applicable agreement and retained only as needed for that work and related obligations.

Your choices

You can browse the site without running an audit. Running an audit and providing a phone number are optional. You may ask to access, correct, or delete a submission by emailing hello@slashanalog.com. Include the submitted website and approximate submission date so we can locate the record; we may verify the request before acting.

Security and changes

We use access controls, private server-side storage, request limits, and defensive network checks intended to protect submissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
